Instant Pot Meatloaf (Keto, Low Carb) Recipe

A moist and delicious keto meatloaf made in the Instant Pot. It's a fast way to cook the loaf without turning on the oven.

Servings : 6 people

1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/3 cup pork rinds crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon garlic minced
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 cup beef broth or water
low carb ketchup optional


  1. Mix ground beef, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, onion, pork rinds, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese together in a large bowl.
  2. Using a large piece of aluminum foil, create a loaf shape to hold the meatloaf.
  3. Shape your hamburger mixture into a meatloaf shape and set on the foil wrap.
  4. Place beef broth in Instant Pot.
  5. Grab the trivet and place your foil wrap holding your meatloaf onto the trivet.
