 Easy and Simple Banana Bread RecipeFine banana bread is simply homemade. Simply stir all the ingredients and a few ripe bananas together and the sweet bread is ready.





Yield: 1 Loaf

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe bananas
80 ml neutral oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
110 g brown sugar
2 Eggs
200 g Wheat flour (Type 405)
3 tsp Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1 Vanilla bean
1 pinch Cinnamon
some butter for the mold


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat (convection: 160 degrees). Grease box tin (internal dimensions 23 x 10 cm) well. Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl.

Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise with a knife and scrape out with the back of the knife. Whisk oil with brown sugar and eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla pod and mix with the oil-egg mixture. Stir in the banana puree. Pour the dough into the tin and bake in a preheated oven for about 55 minutes. After baking, let the banana bread cool completely, only then remove from the tin. The banana bread makes about 10 pieces.


Notes

To add a particularly tasty touch: Just add a few chopped walnuts to the dough and the banana bread gets a whole new, also heavenly delicious flavor.
